About the role

  • Records & Information Management Consultant implementing RecordPoint platform for compliance and data management. Managing customer projects in a dynamic consulting environment fostering innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end implementations of the RecordPoint platform across multiple customer environments
  • Take ownership of improving information governance, compliance, and data management outcomes
  • Partner closely with customers to understand their needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful adoption of the platform
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while working across diverse industries and use cases

Requirements

  • Experience or certification in Records Management, Information Governance, Business Information Systems, or Data/Cyber Security
  • 3+ years of experience implementing SharePoint and/or ECM/EDRMS solutions
  • Experience in a client-facing consulting role or strong customer-facing background
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and solution design capabilities
  • Australian Citizenship required
