About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide governance and escalation support across Source-to-Pay processes.
- Act as the first point of escalation for BPO and market queries.

- Validate documentation for high-risk payment approvals.
- Coordinate with OTC and RTR teams on interdependent issues.
- Manage operational queries between BPO and market teams.
- Analyse exception trends, contribute to root cause analysis, and recommend automation or upstream fixes.
Requirements
- Experience in Source-to-Pay, Finance Operations, or shared services environments
- Fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese or Hungarian, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with procurement workflows, ERP systems, and governance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholders effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
