Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate logistics operations with warehouse partners
- Ensure correct receipt of products at warehouses
- Monitor order preparation
- Ensure customer deliveries are made on time and within agreed deadlines
- Anticipate and forecast activity peaks and potential disruptions and provide appropriate solutions to meet objectives and customer expectations
- Responsible for Service Quality through:
- Analyzing disputes/claims from service providers (warehouses)
- Proposing and implementing improvement actions across the Reckitt–Provider–Customer chain to deliver high-quality service
- Monitoring stock levels between the depot and the ERP system (SAP)
- Organizing and overseeing the annual inventory
- Tracking causes of stockouts
- Managing the disposal of expired or unsellable products
- Monitoring the logistics budget:
- Tracking budget and invoicing
- Participating in improvement projects and initiatives to reduce logistics costs
- Managing approximately €5M
- Monitoring and developing financial plans within the scope
- Implementing continuous improvement tools:
- Creating and tracking performance indicators to ensure optimal service
- Implementing automation tools within the scope
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in logistics, ideally in distribution
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and follow procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Initiative and proactivity in problem solving: ability to challenge the status quo and identify solutions
- Fluent in English
- Solid knowledge of the supply chain: transport, warehousing, and handling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
