- Create and maintain detailed inventory reports, including counts, discrepancies, and trend analysis
- Analyze and report inventory data to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and production discrepancies and support production schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and Warehouse Management (WM) systems
- Ensure correct allocation of inventory to production orders and work centers, supporting operational efficiency
- Participate in root-cause investigations for inventory differences, drive corrective action, and verify follow-through
- Coach internal employees to use SAP
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation
- Contribute to cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or operations analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or CPG environment
- Experience with SAP or related ERP systems and inventory control tool
- Exposure to Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with inventory management systems
- Proven experience in inventory tracking, data analysis, and variance resolution
