About the role
- Senior QA Analyst ensuring game quality at Rebellion, crafting test plans and mentoring teams. Leading risk assessments and advocating for robust game performance.
Responsibilities
- **What you’ll do: **
- Write robust test plans for every feature - cover all paths, edge cases, and sneaky combos...no bugs can slip through the test runs.
- Hunt down risks before they hit production - you know where things can break, and you find things and get them fixed before anyone notices.
- Think systemically - features don’t exist in a vacuum, you can visualize how everything interacts across the game and its systems.
- Lead and mentor the squad - share your knowledge and experience with the team, be a resource, help the team level up and keep our processes sharp.
- Communicate like a pro - designers, devs, and production rely on you to spot problems and explain them clearly.
