About the role

  • Content Curation and Asset Manager at Real Chemistry managing healthcare marketing content. Driving quality and collaboration across teams to maintain a unified brand voice.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all content consistently reflects the Real Chemistry voice, tone, and brand standards.
  • Maintain a structured, current content library, including capability materials, RFI / RFP response materials, bios, case studies, and new business assets.
  • Create compelling case studies that highlight strategic, creative, and measurable impact.
  • Partner with functional areas to develop, refine, and maintain high-quality content across capabilities.
  • Build and refine case studies, pitch materials, and marketing collateral.
  • Track utilization of materials, identify content gaps, and proactively develop new assets.
  • Support new business pursuits by supplying timely, accurate, and high-impact content.
  • Apply moderate slide design skills to translate complex information into clear, effective visual materials.
  • Manage version control and ensure only approved, up-to-date materials are in circulation.
  • Collaborate across capabilities, growth teams, and marketing to ensure messaging alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in content library management, development, editorial, or marketing communications roles.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a detailed-oriented mentality and familiarity with content management best practices.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required: strong experience in healthcare communications, healthcare marketing, or life sciences.
  • Preferred: experience supporting new business processes, RFP/RFI responses, or pitch content.
  • Preferred: Experience developing case studies, capability narratives, and presentations.
