Responsibilities
- Provide business and technical consulting to banks, payment service providers, financial services firms, corporates, and public authorities on all payments-related matters
- Project work: business analysis and requirements engineering in both traditional and agile projects, functional and IT concept design, functional quality assurance, and project management
- Process management: process analysis, modeling, optimization, and automation
- Innovation: development and further expansion of the service portfolio (Blockchain, Digital Money & CBDC, IoT, AI, etc.)
- Dynamic and collaborative team: regular team events, flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths, distributed leadership, and subject-matter development within our Payments community
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification with subsequent professional experience
- Experience in payments with knowledge of standards and systems such as ISO 20022, SEPA, SWIFT, T2, Open Banking, card payments, or cryptocurrencies
- Experience in project work as a consultant, business analyst, requirements engineer, or project manager
- IT affinity, strong analytical skills, and a conceptual, structured approach to work; thought leadership
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, as well as business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
