- Extensive experience in demand planning, supply planning and S&OP, focused on inventory optimization, forecast accuracy and cross-functional alignment.
- Direct involvement in the monthly S&OP cycle, leading statistical forecasting initiatives, validation with commercial teams, monitoring accuracy metrics (FVA, WMAPE, BIAS) and conducting coverage and replenishment studies by channel (brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Alteryx, applied to automations, predictive analyses, portfolio segmentation and executive reporting.
- Accurate forecasting for critical categories (e.g., perfumery/fragrances).
- Responsible for management reporting and supporting executive leadership in purchasing decisions.
- Planning of seasonal and promotional campaigns based on historical data and projections.
- Participation in continuous improvement projects and process digitalization.
