About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee solution design and architecture, ensuring optimal implementation and delivery of projects and processes.
- Identify and resolve highly technical issues, proposing alternative solutions to traditional approaches and developing new techniques/processes when necessary.
- Manage large-scale projects or processes with limited supervision, reporting to coordination while maintaining full autonomy in technical execution.
- Train, assess, and delegate tasks to less senior professionals (Junior, Mid-level, Senior), raising the team's technical standards.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), capable of representing the company in technical discussions with clients and external partners.
Requirements
- Advanced education and extensive hands-on experience.
- Advanced proficiency in C# (.NET).
- Strong expertise in MS SQL Server (data modeling, performance tuning, complex queries).
- Strong experience with Microservices and distributed systems.
- Practical experience with messaging/queue systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.).
- Experience in high-availability and mission-critical environments.
- Previous experience in the Financial Services sector (a plus).
- Specific knowledge of Duplicata de Serviço and Duplicata Mercantil (Brazilian receivable instruments) — a plus.
