Responsibilities
Provide timely, efficient, and accurate support to RT employees within the region
Control of client files and provide office support and administrative assistance
Greet clients at reception and prepare meeting rooms
Coordinate conference room schedules
Scan, sort, and organize incoming mail
Manage couriers, stationery and office supplies
Submit and manage specific invoices
Efficiently manage account archives
Assist with incoming business requests and special projects
Help coordinate onboarding new hires and obtaining office passes
Complete office management tasks
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of office coordination experience, preferably within the financial services industry
Post-secondary education, Office Administration Certificate, related courses and training, etc.
Bilingualism (English and French) required
Ability to work effectively with others and be perceived as a professional business partner
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps
Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work with minimal supervision
