Responsibilities
Provide proactive sales support and responsive value-based client contact for a team of Financial Planners.
Collaborate with partners across the organization to identify and meet client needs and goals.
Maximize opportunities to effectively identify client needs, make referrals, expand profitable client relationships, and track and review progress against the teams’ annual sales plan.
Increase sales enablement for Financial Planners by assisting with preparations for client meetings.
Exercise due diligence in following all policies and procedures, and identity/correct areas of operational risk.
Requirements
Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada, or the Canadian Securities Course)
Strong client contact routines that build yours and your Financial Planners calendar proactively
Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, demonstrating strong collaboration skills
Ability to leverage your own capabilities and those of the right partner in our ecosystem
