About the role

  • Supply Chain & Production Planning Manager responsible for optimizing supply chain operations at VIDARA. Focused on stock management, procurement, and production planning within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure overall performance of VIDARA's supply chain in France
  • Manage inventory, procurement, purchasing and production planning
  • Develop and maintain procurement and production plans
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Production Manager and Customer Service teams
  • Monitor and adjust production and procurement plans in response to disruptions
  • Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Manage inventory across all platforms
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of purchase orders and supply flows
  • Prepare demand forecasts based on historical data
  • Collaborate with the European Supply Chain teams and VIDARA Life Ingredients Spain to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree to Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in logistics, supply chain, business school or engineering
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in supply chain planning, production planning or equivalent role
  • Professional working proficiency in English required (frequent interaction with European teams and international suppliers)
