About the role

Responsibilities
- You coordinate the supply chain process in purchasing from order to delivery
- You plan, monitor and coordinate procurement deliveries to ensure smooth, on-time delivery and optimal product availability
- You communicate with internal (Buying, Finance, Logistics) and external (suppliers, service providers) stakeholders
- You identify improvement potentials in the procurement supply chain and drive efficiency gains through implementation
- You contribute to various projects (e.g., process automation)
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or have substantial professional experience in purchasing or process optimization
- You have user and customization experience in an ERP system
- You understand complex data flows and have a strong interest in processes
- You have a quick grasp and a strategic, entrepreneurial and conceptual mindset
- You have excellent Excel skills, a high affinity for data and an interest in digital topics
- You work accurately and in a structured way; your strengths are communication and teamwork
- You enjoy managing interfaces and collaborating both internally and with external partners
- You have very good German language skills
