About the role

  • Supply Chain Coordinator managing procurement and delivery processes for optimal availability at Bergzeit. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance efficiency in the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • You coordinate the supply chain process in purchasing from order to delivery
  • You plan, monitor and coordinate procurement deliveries to ensure smooth, on-time delivery and optimal product availability
  • You communicate with internal (Buying, Finance, Logistics) and external (suppliers, service providers) stakeholders
  • You identify improvement potentials in the procurement supply chain and drive efficiency gains through implementation
  • You contribute to various projects (e.g., process automation)

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training or have substantial professional experience in purchasing or process optimization
  • You have user and customization experience in an ERP system
  • You understand complex data flows and have a strong interest in processes
  • You have a quick grasp and a strategic, entrepreneurial and conceptual mindset
  • You have excellent Excel skills, a high affinity for data and an interest in digital topics
  • You work accurately and in a structured way; your strengths are communication and teamwork
  • You enjoy managing interfaces and collaborating both internally and with external partners
  • You have very good German language skills
