About the role

  • Logistics Administrator providing reliable administrative and office support to the Logistics team. Ensuring smooth organization of tasks and documentation in Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable administrative and office support to the Logistics team.
  • Ensure the smooth organisation of daily tasks and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and support workflow coordination.
  • Enter data into WMS or ERP systems and monitor warehouse stock levels.
  • Track and control orders ensuring service quality and timeliness.
  • Assist in organizing domestic and international transportation.
  • Verify, record, and archive transport documents and cost invoices.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and departmental documentation.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and carriers.
  • Handle email correspondence and phone contact with carriers and clients.
  • Cooperate closely with internal departments.
  • Enter and verify data in internal systems.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics or transportation.
  • Good computer literacy, especially MS Office (including Excel).
  • Engagement, responsibility, and a proactive approach to assigned tasks.
  • English language skills enabling effective communication.
