About the role
- Supply Chain Manager at VIDARA overseeing performance and stock management in France. Collaborating with European teams to optimize operations and ensure product availability.
Responsibilities
- Ensure overall performance of the France supply chain for the VIDARA and COLOREY entities
- Manage and oversee French inventory across all warehouses
- Manage Fatstock and publish the consolidated monthly Stock Report
- Maintain a global view of purchase orders and supply flows
- Drive reduction of DOI (Days of Inventory) and storage costs
- Ensure product availability while optimizing inventory turns and minimizing obsolescence
- Coordinate operational purchasing in line with commercial needs and the European strategy
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams in Europe and Spain to harmonize tools, processes, and reporting
- Consolidate and monitor performance indicators (KPIs): service level, stock coverage, lead times, DOI, obsolescence
Requirements
- Strong command of supply chain processes (forecasting, planning, inventory, purchasing, logistics)
- Ability to analyze, anticipate, and improve performance (reducing DOI, optimizing turns)
- Good understanding of financial issues related to inventory
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in logistics, supply chain, business school, or engineering
- Experience: minimum 5 to 8 years in supply chain or purchasing in an industrial or B2B distribution environment
- Languages: fluent French and English required
