Responsible for guiding a telecom engineering team to support RATP Group's digital transformation and operational efficiency goals in public transport systems.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the team, oversee its activities, set objectives and evaluate performance
Contribute to managing and developing the team's skills
Monitor the production and quality of the team's deliverables
Recommend resource assignments and means to meet operational needs
Ensure proper execution of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
Develop product roadmaps for WAN, LAN and Wi‑Fi domains
Validate technical solutions and reference network architectures
Supervise studies and define industrialization and implementation strategies
Organize industry monitoring activities and track telecom product roadmaps and strategies
Requirements
Master's degree (equivalent to French bac+5) in industrial IT or telecommunications (engineering or university degree)
At least 5 years' experience in industrial IT, network engineering, systems and project management
Experience in team management
Ability to work independently and proactively
Strong decision-making and arbitration skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations and a strong sense of responsibility
Methodical, well-organized and able to prioritize
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and client orientation
Collaborative mindset and strong team-working skills
Experience with Lean or Agile methodologies is a plus
