About the role

- Act as a product owner for learning products

- Design and develop training products that captivate and engage learners
- Facilitate dialogue with subject-matter experts
- Lead and manage projects
- Ensure innovation and compliance in training
- Manage the lifecycle and attractiveness of a portfolio of training products
- Contribute to the visibility and service quality of the Center of Expertise for Training (CE)
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 4 years of successful experience in instructional design
- Strong interest in innovation
- A blend of creativity, initiative and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 authoring tools
- Good knowledge of UX best practices
- Solid knowledge of LMSs and digital learning tools
- Experience designing training solutions incorporating extended reality technologies (XR) is a plus
- Strong project management skills
