About the role

  • Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager leading onboarding projects for enterprise merchants at Paysafe. Ensuring smooth implementations and serving as primary communication liaison.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate end ‑ to ‑ end onboarding projects for enterprise merchants.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Define project scope, manage detailed project plans and milestones.
  • Facilitate regular client and stakeholder meetings to track progress.
  • Oversee launch readiness and support post ‑ go ‑ live stabilization activities.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with Windows, MS Office, email tools, and web applications.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
