Responsibilities
Assisting engineering teams with pre-development due diligence, exhibit preparation, preparation of site engineering plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans and utility plans.
Assisting engineering teams with the supporting calculations and preparation of stormwater management plans and reports.
Completing regulatory authority research and permitting.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university and some applicable work experience
EIT certification is highly preferred
Experience in design of site-related elements for retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, hospitality, mixed-use or redevelopment projects is preferred.
Able to solve basic engineering problems and have good decision-making skills.
Have excellent communication, detail orientation, interpersonal skills, and be a team player.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office are highly preferred.
Applicable U.S. based work experience.
