About the role

  • Associate Attorney managing client communications and court documentation in Pennsylvania. Responsible for drafting legal documents and ensuring compliance with judicial standards.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and firm staff regularly
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, petitions, responses, briefs, and other filings
  • Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
  • Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicable
  • Prepare for and attend court appearances (oral arguments, hearings, conferences) in Lancaster, Berks, Lebanon, Lehigh, Schuylkill, Carbon, Northampton, Monroe, Luzerne, and other PA counties as needed

Requirements

  • PA Bar Required
  • Juris Doctor
  • Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
