About the role
- Senior Specialist overseeing IT Functional and Process Design, managing product lifecycle from definition to release. Collaborating with teams to ensure product alignment and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Monitors the product lifecycle from definition to release, ensuring alignment with user team requirements
- Assists in coordinating project timelines and facilitates stakeholder communication to gather feedback and make timely adjustments to address evolving needs
- Collaborates on the execution and release of products to customers, making significant contributions to post-release debugging and project closeout
- Gathers the collection of feature requirements from customers, and translation of those to a definition of product deliverables of medium complexity
- Undertakes collection of requirements documents for each release
- Executes more complex competitive analyses and market validation activities, such as benchmarking, trend analysis and prototype testing
- Contributes to and gains proficiency in modelling business processes, learning to adapt application configurations to improve the effectiveness of business operations
- Leads check-ins with development teams to ensure deliverables meet business requirements
Requirements
