Responsibilities
Monitors the product lifecycle from definition to release, ensuring alignment with user team requirements
Assists in coordinating project timelines and facilitates stakeholder communication to gather feedback and make timely adjustments to address evolving needs
Collaborates on the execution and release of products to customers, making significant contributions to post-release debugging and project closeout
Gathers the collection of feature requirements from customers, and translation of those to a definition of product deliverables of medium complexity
Undertakes collection of requirements documents for each release
Executes more complex competitive analyses and market validation activities, such as benchmarking, trend analysis and prototype testing
Contributes to and gains proficiency in modelling business processes, learning to adapt application configurations to improve the effectiveness of business operations
Leads check-ins with development teams to ensure deliverables meet business requirements
Requirements
Requires working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines
Demonstrates knowledge of the company, processes and customers
Performs a range of assignments related to discipline
Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and resolving problems to deliver continuous business results
Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction; may provide informal guidance to new team members
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
