Responsibilities
- Taking on responsibility within the company as (part-)project manager in client projects
- Collaborating on projects at the interface of the energy industry, sustainability, digitalization and software development
- Designing strategy and transformation projects across the entire energy value chain to promote sustainability and resilience
- Contributing to the strategic, operational or organizational development of energy-related topics, such as hydrogen utilization, green power and flexibility marketing, new business models for decentralized energy supply, or CO2 emissions accounting
- Continuous professional development on current topics and trends in the energy sector
- Supporting the promotion of the firm’s interdisciplinary expertise through publications and presentations
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for joining a motivated, committed team and contributing your own ideas
- Initial practical experience from internships or early-career roles in the energy sector or in consulting (industry-agnostic)
- A solid university degree with a technical, scientific, business/economics or information technology focus
- Enjoyment in combining technical understanding, strategic analysis, economic assessment and hands-on implementation
- Reliability, team spirit, openness and a passion for actively shaping the energy transition, driving topics forward and establishing sustainable change
- Some presentation and moderation experience and solid MS Office skills
- Very good German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel (flexibility and mobility)
