About the role

  • Administrative Specialist performing legal administrative tasks and supporting negotiations in a hybrid environment at Randstad Spain. Responsible for document preparation and logistical support for legal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative tasks to support (commercial) legal activities, including scheduling meetings and the preparation of basic legal documents and correspondence.
  • Assists with preparing negotiations and closing transactions.
  • May assists in research and communication of compliance implications of new developments.
  • Conducts preliminary legal research and analysis on various issues as directed by senior colleagues, summarizing legal data and findings for review.
  • Provides logistical and administrative support for legal disputes, litigation or regulatory proceedings including compliance.
  • Provides support in the drafting, reviewing and management of (commercial) contracts under the guidance of senior legal professionals.
  • Participates in internal and external meetings as necessary, providing administrative support and preparing meeting notes.
  • Assists in the preparation and formatting of legal documents, correspondence and reports, ensuring they comply with organizational templates and guidelines.
  • May assists in investigations and assessments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
  • Performs assignments using existing procedures.
  • Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline.
  • Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
