About the role

  • Financial Analyst with FP&A experience handling financial reporting and analysis in Bengaluru. Requires CA qualification and expertise in tools like Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing monthly management reporting packs, P&L/BS/CF analysis, and variance insights
  • Work extensively with Adaptive Planning for data loads, validations, model updates, and integrations
  • Reconcile and analyze data from Salesforce, Xero, Excel, Power BI, and other sources
  • Support ARR and revenue reporting, pricing updates, and forecasting activities
  • Maintain recurring financial schedules (software, marketing, rent, utilities, etc.)
  • Improve templates, automate recurring tasks, and enhance system-to-system data accuracy
  • Maintain high data hygiene, documentation, and SOPs

Requirements

  • CA-qualified (mandatory)
  • 2+ years of FP&A experience (SaaS or multi-entity exposure preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Power Query or automation tools preferred
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Xero, and Power BI is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of FP&A concepts, ARR, SaaS metrics, and financial statements
  • Strong analytical mindset, accuracy, and ability to work with large datasets
