About the role
- SAP Business One Implementation Consultant responsible for system setup, training and version migrations. Works with clients to deliver functional requirements, data migrations and post-go-live support.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing functional and technical support related to SAP Business One, including process analysis, requirements gathering and recommendations for improvements in line with system best practices.
- Conduct in-person and remote training for key users and end users, focusing on enablement and operational autonomy.
- Participate in system expansion projects, implementing new branches or companies (legal entities), including system parameterization and fiscal and accounting configurations.
- Perform master and transactional data loads using DTW or similar tools.
- Work on SAP Business One version migration projects, ensuring data integrity and operational continuity.
- Carry out integrated testing, user acceptance testing and post-implementation follow-up.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, including manuals and configuration records.
- Support the development team with scope validation, testing and clarification of requirements.
- Interact with clients to identify improvements, address corrective and evolutionary requests, and support system operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an SAP Business One consultant
- Proficiency in Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Finance and Accounting modules
- Knowledge of SAP B1 system parameterization and configuration
- Ability to perform testing, user acceptance and validations with clients
- Knowledge of SQL and HANA
- Ability to interpret tax scenarios and business rules
- Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
