About the role

Responsibilities
- Gather client requirements and design and optimize processes
- Maintain and support clients' SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management
- Implement new domain-specific and legal requirements through appropriate customizing/configuration
- Advise and support business units on process optimization of the SAP HCM system landscape
- Ensure cost-effective project implementation (particularly at year-end)
- Support clients in operational day-to-day activities as part of 2nd level support
Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Informatics/Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of consulting and/or project experience in designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management
- Quick comprehension, team spirit, reliability, and flexibility
- Independent working style and commitment, confident appearance, and strong communication skills
- Fluent German language skills
