- Ensuring the integrity and efficiency of IT- Risk through collaboration with other departments.
- Increasing awareness and education within organizations regarding IT-Risk management.
Requirements
- Experience leading the implementation of products (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce) and business systems
- Ability to understand cross-functionally from infrastructure (e.g., cloud, network) to applications (e.g., databases, APIs) and engage in technical discussions
- Ability to lead solution proposals and build consensus for problem-solving among end-users, development teams, and external vendors
- Experience in IT Risk Management (including IT-BCP, ITGC, IT Resiliency, Crisis Management, etc.)
- Native Level Japanese language ability
- Business Level English (TOEIC 800 or above)
- Strong teamwork capability in a diverse team environment
- Deep Understanding of IT risk management frameworks and requirements
- Excellent consultation, problem solving, communication, interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ownership and sense of responsibility
- Server and cloud development and operations experience
- Experience in developing and implementing IT Risk Management frameworks (including IT-BCP, ITGC、 IT Resiliency, Crisis Management, etc.).
- Experience leading IT Risk Management projects.
- Diverse work experience and ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in risk management
- Have a certification related to BCP, such as BCI, IRCA, DRII, BCAO, RMCA, or related to IT Control, such as CISA, CIA, or Systems Auditor Examination.
