About the role

  • Provide corporate-level support to the Solutions Specialists, Architects and Raízen business units in delivering initiatives;
  • Promote the evolution of technology architecture, governance and the maturity of the Corporate Architecture team;
  • Preserve existing capabilities and drive simplification, efficiency, reuse and a future-oriented vision;
  • Evolve and maintain the corporate architecture framework;
  • Influence stakeholders using knowledge and market best practices;
  • Perform assessments with business and IT;
  • Manage conflicts proactively;
  • Manage the corporate architecture repository;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Digital Transformation or IT Management is a plus;
  • Desired certifications: TOGAF, AWS/Azure/OCI Architect, ITIL, PMP;
  • English: Advanced/Fluent (reading, writing and speaking);
  • Capability mapping, domain modeling and the ability to train these disciplines at the corporate level;
  • Proficiency with architecture frameworks and solution modeling (C4, ArchiMate, TOGAF, Zachman);
  • Experience with modeling tools (Archi, Sparx EA, Bizzdesign);
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI or GCP);
  • Knowledge of Design Systems and front-end and back-end development frameworks (.NET, .NET Core, Python, React, Angular, etc.);
  • Knowledge of documentation patterns (DDD — Domain-Driven Design) and implementation of integrations and event-driven architectures: SOAP/REST APIs, WebSockets, API Gateway, ESB, messaging (MQ/Kafka), microservices, MCP Gateways and iPaaS;
  • Knowledge of data architecture, governance and modeling (relational and non-relational);
  • Knowledge of AI- and ML-oriented architectures;
  • Experience with documentation, management and control tools (GitHub, Confluence, ServiceNow);
  • Skill in creating executive, tactical and technical presentations in PowerPoint;
  • Familiarity with data governance, information security and compliance (LGPD and SOX).
