Responsibilities
Manage the B2B distributor channel, ensuring account growth, profitability, and delivery of defined KPIs.
Participate in the deployment and implementation of the strategic plan alongside distributor owners, directors and leadership, ensuring tactical execution down to the salespeople level.
Work with a mindset of continuous improvement, ownership, and collaboration to accelerate results.
Lead, together with the distributor, the development of the strategic business plan and its tactical and operational rollout.
Analyze the market and competitor movements and direct actions toward indirect B2B customers.
Develop and train distributor teams in sales techniques, pipeline management, KPIs, goal management, teamwork, and core business competencies (including coaching).
Conduct joint visits with distributor teams to develop integrated value propositions.
Propose and oversee technical projects focused on retention, mix improvement, and the acquisition of new customers.
Engage internal and external teams to ensure partner and company deliverables and results.
Analyze data and performance indicators for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
University degree (Bachelor’s) completed.
Commercial experience managing distributors and/or distribution channels.
Knowledge of Power BI and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good communication, strong persuasion and influencing skills, and organizational ability.
Experience in industrial, steel, mining, construction, and transportation sectors.
Experience with consultative selling, technical projects, and delivering added value.
