About the role

  • Finance Analyst overseeing accounts payables and receivables operations for a fast-growing retail company in Brazil. Ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor payment and receipt processing, ensuring deadlines and accurate reconciliations.
  • Validate tax documents and bank receipts, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Manage collections flows, delinquency and advances.
  • Support the accounting close and the preparation of financial reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date control of balances and transactions.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring traceability of operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in financial operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable routines.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Totvs or similar) and intermediate/advanced Excel.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and organized profile, with good communication skills and a strong sense of priorities.
