About the role
- Finance Analyst overseeing accounts payables and receivables operations for a fast-growing retail company in Brazil. Ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor payment and receipt processing, ensuring deadlines and accurate reconciliations.
- Validate tax documents and bank receipts, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Manage collections flows, delinquency and advances.
- Support the accounting close and the preparation of financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date control of balances and transactions.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring traceability of operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in financial operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
- Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable routines.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Totvs or similar) and intermediate/advanced Excel.
- Analytical, detail-oriented and organized profile, with good communication skills and a strong sense of priorities.
