Responsibilities
Execute and monitor payment and receipt processing, ensuring deadlines and accurate reconciliations.
Validate tax documents and bank receipts, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Manage collections flows, delinquency and advances.
Support the accounting close and the preparation of financial reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date control of balances and transactions.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring traceability of operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in financial operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable routines.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Totvs or similar) and intermediate/advanced Excel.
Analytical, detail-oriented and organized profile, with good communication skills and a strong sense of priorities.
