Responsibilities
- Jij bent Directeur Real Estate Finance (REF) en leidt het domein Bouw & Vastgoed binnen Sectormanagement
- Intern stuur je de strategische koers voor Bouw en Vastgoed aan
- Je ontwikkelt een passende strategie en draagt bij aan productproposities
- Extern ben je een herkenbaar en aansprekend gezicht in relevante netwerken

- Direct leiding geven aan een team van circa tien specialisten
- Zorg voor een duidelijke lijn van strategische visie tot operationele processen
Requirements
- Afgeronde WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur financieel-economisch
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in Vastgoed en Bouw, inclusief kennis van actuele uitdagingen (zoals verduurzaming)
- Stevige leidinggevende ervaring binnen het zakelijke domein, met inspirerend en verbindend vermogen
- Ervaring als spreker en ambassadeur voor organisatievisie
- Sterk in stakeholdermanagement
- Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving en ervaring met vertaalslag naar klantprocessen
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Affiniteit met Lean en kortcyclisch sturen
