Responsibilities
Project management and technical advisory services to the client for infrastructure measures (rail, bridges, roads, or power grids) across all project phases according to AHO No. 9 "Project Management in Construction"
Independent leadership: Depending on your experience, you can immediately or in the future lead large-scale projects independently and manage your own project teams
Efficient coordination of all project participants: By carefully coordinating all stakeholders, including clients, authorities, the public, planners, and contractors, you ensure effective collaboration and smooth project execution
Control and adjustment: You maintain an overview of the project and ensure optimal results through active schedule, cost, risk, and quality management
Reliable documentation: Careful project documentation and regular reporting enable you to keep project progress transparent and capture important insights
Requirements
Completed degree (B.Sc., M.Sc. or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Transportation/Traffic Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years) in construction execution for rail, road, or power grid expansion
Committed, independent, and structured working style
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
Experience with common project management methodologies
High adaptability to changing requirements, priorities, and environments
Willingness to travel for projects within Germany
Basic knowledge of contract law, e.g., HOAI, VOL/VOB, BGB
Proficiency in using established industry software solutions
