About the role

  • Brand Marketing Manager executing marketing strategies for Grandin Road and another retail brand. Collaborating on campaigns, storytelling, and go-to-market delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director, Brand Marketing & Brand Relations to support two retail brands.
  • Execute day-to-day marketing, campaign delivery, and go-to-market plans.
  • Contribute to brand storytelling, content, and product positioning.
  • Report to the Director and manage 1 direct report.
  • Manage campaign execution, GTM planning, content development, product positioning, and trend analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in retail or consumer products
  • Experience executing brand strategies and go-to-market plans
  • Understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and digital marketing best practices
