About the role
- Werkstudent SAP Application Services supporting operations and updates of SAP S/4HANA ERP system. Engaging with teams to improve processes and provide user support while gaining practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Betrieb, Aktualisierung und Instandhaltung des ERP Systems SAP S/4hana Public Edition.
- Umsetzung von neuen Prozessen in SAP in Verbindung mit den direkten Kolleg*innen sowie externen Dienstleistern.
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Ticketanfragen im 1st Level Support.
- Dokumentation von bestehenden Prozessen.
- Anwendersupport im SAP Umfeld.
- Einbringung von Ideen und Vorschlägen für die persönliche Weiterentwicklung.
Requirements
- Eingeschrieben*e Student*in im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Motivation.
- Interesse Prozesse zu verändern und in SAP umzusetzen.
- Zuverlässige strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Kenntnisse von Geschäftsprozessen und deren Umsetzung in ERP-Systemen.
- Erfahrung mit SAP ECC oder S/4HANA sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
