About the role

  • React Native Developer enhancing the Quantum Wi-Fi mobile app for tenants in MDUs. Finalizing features and ensuring production readiness with a focus on UX/UI.

Responsibilities

  • Take over an almost-ready React Native app and get it production-ready
  • Polish UX/UI and fix bugs in existing flows (auth, map, router connection)
  • Implement small additional features around map UX, router connection, and account/settings
  • Harden authentication flows using existing UISP integration (error states, retries, timeouts)
  • Improve error handling, logging, and basic analytics hooks for QA
  • Collaborate in short, focused iterations with clear handovers

Requirements

  • Strong experience with React Native for iOS and Android
  • Proven track record taking over existing codebases and shipping quickly
  • Experience with: Map-based interfaces (e.g. react-native-maps , Mapbox, or similar)
  • Auth flows (tokens, sessions, secure storage)
  • REST API integration and handling network edge cases
  • Solid debugging skills and comfort running concentrated bugfix sprints
  • Clear communication and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with UISP/Ubiquiti or ISP/networking products (nice-to-have)
  • Experience with Wi-Fi/networking concepts (SSIDs, roaming, captive portals) (nice-to-have)
  • Experience with common state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.) (nice-to-have)
  • TypeScript, Expo, or similar tooling (nice-to-have)
  • Prior work on consumer apps with map/location features (nice-to-have)
