About the role

  • Full-Stack Engineer responsible for end-to-end development of customer-centric microservices. Working closely with various teams on innovative projects in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain customer-centric microservices with a full technology stack (frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines).
  • Code Excellence: Write clean, high-quality code and ensure performance and security through pair programming, code reviews, and TDD.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, architects, testers, and project managers on cutting-edge projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest technologies and contribute to personal development through conferences, conventions, and online learning.
  • Innovation Time: Dedicate creative time during each iteration to work on projects that excite you.

Requirements

  • A degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development/architecture with a passion for new technologies.
  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, such as Kotlin, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD automation, object-relational databases, and SQL scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of web development and ownership of microservices.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in agile environments (SCRUM/KANBAN).
