Responsibilities
Deep dive into all loan administration tasks; servicing a borrower’s request for a payment plan or a debt certificate, preparing the contractual agreements, implementing restructurings in the system, handling payments or payment reversals, using the State platforms, etc.
Define requirements to optimize the borrower’s journey during the restructuring loan cycle;
Challenge the team and the working group to optimize the effectiveness of each process;
Monitor and report productivity and performance;
Ensure that all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Maximum 6-9 years of experience in the banking sector or Servicers.
Familiarity with the core activities of Loan Administration;
Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
Excellence in Excel and Word; familiarity with PowerPoint presentations;
Studies in business administration, finance, STEM, or any related field; a master’s degree will be considered an asset.
