About the role

  • Sales Operation Team Lead at Qoyod, a startup offering cloud-based accounting. Responsible for developing sales operations and coordinating sales techniques for target achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting and qualifying Inbound Leads.
  • Distributing leads between reps.
  • Admin and operations support for sales reps.
  • Supporting POS activities (shipments etc.).
  • Dealing with all after "sales closing" procedures.
  • Preparing sales reports (activities, leads, deals, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Business , Marketing or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Sales Operation, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Advanced Command of English and Excel.
  • Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
