Responsibilities
Ensure our customer data infrastructure runs smoothly
Building team resilience and continuously improving our technical stack
Build and manage data flows within our Customer Data Platform (Segment) using SQL
Conduct data analyses and build custom dashboards in Salesforce for Growth teams
Investigate datasets, conduct root-cause analyses, and deliver actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders
Build custom data models enabling the team to generate insights faster and more clearly
Autonomously troubleshoot system errors, verify software configurations, and resolve technical bugs
Proactively identify technical debt, propose infrastructure optimizations, and leverage modern tools (including AI) to enhance overall team productivity
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Growth Operations, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or CRM Operations)
Strong experience writing complex SQL queries
Understanding of data flows between platforms
Proven track record of investigating datasets, prioritizing requests based on business impact, and delivering clear insights to business teams.
Demonstrate technical autonomy and problem-solving resilience, successfully debugging software integrations.
Mindset geared toward scalable architecture rather than quick fixes.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to optimize your operational and technical output.
