Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies
  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships
  • Acquire and win new business partners
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate terms and conditions
  • Monitor the market and competitors and derive appropriate actions
  • Work closely with Marketing, Executive Management and Consulting

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development
  • Confident presence, strong negotiation skills and a high customer focus
  • Structured, self-organized way of working
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Vertec) is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
