Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in system design
- Track record of owning architecture for products at scale
- Experience working in fast-moving startups (Series A/B preferred)
- Strong opinions on code quality, testing, and technical standards
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
- Bonus points for: Experience with LLM-based products or AI systems
- Cybersecurity or security tooling background
- Python and distributed systems expertise
