About the role

  • Process Redesign Specialist at QBE leading standardisation and enhancement of process improvement initiatives. Focused on driving measurable enhancements in efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the standardisation and enhancement of process improvement initiatives.
  • Define and embed a standardised process management and continuous improvement framework.
  • Lead the adoption of a recognised methodology for process improvement.
  • Assist in the development of project documentation in alignment with company policies.
  • Analyse workflow to create process maps and isolate areas of improvement.
  • Utilize service data and feedback from stakeholders to support prioritisation of improvements.
  • Work with stakeholders to evolve processes through innovation and practice.
  • Identify groups responsible for continual improvement and deliver necessary training.

Requirements

  • Moderate relevant experience.
  • Solid experience in Business process improvement frameworks and processes.
  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Six Sigma green belt qualification.
