About the role

Manager SAP Architecture-Cloud-BTP transforming businesses and optimizing processes for clients. Leading significant SAP integration projects in various sectors with a strong focus on innovation.

Responsibilities

Assignments across our strategic sectors for long-standing clients in France and abroad, in particular: Retail & Consumer, Energy & Utilities, and Aerospace & Defence.
Engagements at the heart of major transformation and process optimization programs, such as defining the overall architecture roadmap, supporting tool selection, assessing migration strategies to S/4HANA, and designing and implementing a Core Model S/4HANA.

Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school or university.
More than 6 years of experience in consulting as an SAP consultant, with at least 2 end-to-end projects (business-side or technical delivery) where you coached and upskilled 2–3 resources.
Proven experience in preparing and scoping transformation programs involving an ERP change.
Strong commercial/business development acumen.
Deep knowledge of architecture, processes and applications within specific industries (aerospace, defence, retail, consumer, etc.).
Experience in at least one of the following sectors: R&C (Retail & Consumer), EIS, Pharma, E&U (Energy & Utilities).
Ability to lead application integration in hybrid environments (Cloud and On-Premise) and to define standards, best practices, a working framework, and integration and architecture principles.
One or more experiences in SAP application development following a Clean Core approach.
One or more experiences with the BTP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, or other market integration tools.
Good knowledge of SAP integration patterns (A2A, A2X, B2B, B2G), flow security management and authentication methods.
Proficiency with one or more architecture frameworks (TOGAF, SAP Enterprise Architecture, RAMI, etc.).
Knowledge of S/4HANA, its capabilities, and other solutions in the SAP ecosystem.
Understanding and mastery of end-to-end flows and integration challenges with related processes.
Good command of spoken and written English.
