Responsibilities

  • Provide advice in risk analysis, hedging strategies, and regulatory compliance to help clients navigate the complexities of treasury operations.

  • Drive business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

  • Cultivate the potential in others and actively team across the PwC Network.
  • Advise financial institutions on a broad range of credit risk management topics including organization and governance; credit process optimization; risk rating model design, build and implementation; credit regulatory assessments; and Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) process and tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 10 year(s)
  • Preferred Degree: Master Degree
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration/Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Accounting
  • Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities and/or a proven record of success in selling and delivering engagements with clients in the areas of credit-related activities and credit risk management
  • Leading and/or playing a significant role in commercial and retail lending and credit process redesign initiatives
  • Managing credit risk processes, performing underwriting, credit analysis and assigning risk ratings
  • Developing, applying, and validating commercial and retail credit risk methodologies
  • Creating and executing design and application of commercial and retail credit risk reporting and analytics
  • Possessing knowledge of Allowance for Credit Losses, including methodology, models, and US GAAP requirements under Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL)
  • Selecting, implementing and/or using commercial and retail credit risk workflow, analytic tools
  • Demonstrating familiarity with commercial and retail credit regulatory guidance covering CECL, credit risk review systems, underwriting/annual reviews
  • Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities and/or a proven record of success with designing and implementing process improvement solutions
