About the role
- Financial Analyst assisting in preparation of financial reports including balance sheets and cash flows for real estate company in São Paulo. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations while collaborating with departments for financial data.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing periodic financial reports, such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Support the creation and maintenance of financial models for projections and scenario analysis.
- Ensure financial planning and analysis practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare and present financial reports for investors and clients.
- Collect information directly from real estate developers and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in the real estate market is a plus
- Knowledge of the chart of accounts
- Experience with bank reconciliations
- Understanding of financial scenarios, including costs, expenses, sales, and other critical factors
- Advanced Excel skills for financial reporting
