About the role

  • Social Media intern managing content for PUSH's social platforms, engaging with the community and creating marketing strategies. Support PUSH in growing independent music culture through social media.

Responsibilities

  • Manage PUSH's Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Plan and publish content in line with the editorial strategy.
  • Engage with the community: respond, amplify and moderate.
  • Create engaging posts, stories, reels and videos centered on PUSH artists and culture.
  • Manage the promotion of our flagship formats (Instant Talent, PUSH Talk).
  • Collaborate with the design team and the media unit to ensure visual coherence.
  • Track post performance (KPIs) and draw actionable recommendations.
  • Identify social media trends and propose new formats.

Requirements

  • Currently studying communication, digital marketing or social media.
  • Organized, curious and detail-oriented — but above all driven by creativity and culture.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving start-up environment.
  • Passionate about music, indie artists, social platforms and creative strategies.
  • Not afraid to propose ideas, test them, fail and iterate.
