About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and guide agile and quality practices for the company's QA professionals;
- Conduct workshops, training sessions and engagement initiatives to strengthen the internal QA community;
- Support onboarding of new QA professionals, ensuring technical and cultural alignment;
- Drive the continuous evolution of the automation and quality framework, proposing improvements and innovations;
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams to ensure the efficiency, coverage and reliability of automated tests.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Playwright for web test automation and UI validation;
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver across various automation scenarios;
- Experience with Xray for management and traceability of test cases integrated with Jira;
- Experience with Jira Software for tracking work and quality control;
- Proficiency with Jenkins for orchestration and continuous integration of automation pipelines;
- Solid knowledge of Java and Node.js applied to test automation;
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, including integration and deployment practices in cloud environments;
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, especially in projects involving automation and service integration;
