Responsibilities
Support the operation and daily monitoring of a new insurance vertical, ensuring execution, operational control, data analysis, and support for project governance;
Support the operation by monitoring activations, SLAs, and service status;
Interface with operational partners (e.g., tow providers), monitoring sales, activations, service, failures, and deviations;
Support incident and exception management (delays, cancellations, complaints);
Ensure updates to operational information and internal workflows;
Update and monitor KPI dashboards (SLA, NPS, conversion, costs);
Consolidate operational and commercial data for weekly and biweekly reports;
Support simple performance analyses (e.g., landing page conversion, call volume, average ticket);
Support operational tests and MVP validations;
Support the organization of project rituals (committees, meetings, minutes, follow-ups);
Monitor roadmap deliveries and support deadline tracking;
Organize project documentation (processes, flows, lessons learned);
Assist in the preparation of materials;
Requirements
Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Systems, Marketing, or related fields;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
Basic knowledge of data analysis and digital metrics (desirable);
Knowledge of SQL;
Knowledge of Power BI;
Knowledge of Databricks;
Interest in working with data, processes, and operations;
Ease in working with multiple areas (technology, operations, partners);
Interest in digital products, mobility, services, and customer experience;
Basic knowledge of digital funnel, conversion, or e-commerce (plus);
Basic knowledge of insurance (plus);
Interest in technology, AI, innovation, and digital services (plus);
Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar (plus);
Previous experience in projects, operations, startups, or digital products is a plus;
