• Associate Program Manager on Wealth Consulting Team analyzing performance data and assisting with project coordination. Involving report preparation and support for meetings within wealth management programs.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze performance data and key metrics.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for individual territories.
• Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day project coordination and operational tasks.
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations for Wealth Management and Financial Planning Programs, ensuring presentations align with program objectives, branding and learning standards.
• Support meetings by preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (business, finance, project management, or related fields preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint including data analysis, dashboards, presentations.
• Familiarity with data visualization / reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
