About the role
- Continuous Improvement Engineer supporting global implementation of continuous improvement initiatives at Proponent. Collaborating across California, Singapore, and Amsterdam warehouses to enhance processes and efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Lead Global Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Utilize lean engineering principles, root cause analysis, and waste reduction techniques to optimize operational processes.
- Partner with employees at all organizational levels and departments to identify and implement process improvements.
- Facilitate Idea Generation and Execution
- Drive Key Business Metric Improvements
- Prepare and deliver regular reports detailing data, actions taken, and progress toward site objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Industrial Engineering Degree (Preferred)
- 3-5 Years of Related Work Experience in Business Analytics or Data Science
- Six Sigma (Blackbelt Preferred)
- Advanced MS Office, including Reporting & Analytical Functions of Access and Excel
- SQL or Automation Analysis
- Advanced Math Skills & Statistical Analysis
